TA:MOU = Themed Anniversary: Moving On Up
DA NEW ROOLZ
Each Tuesday a theme will be decided based on the Anniversary of some world event. All you have to do is trawl your reviews for any that relate to that event and post them here with a link. You can post as many as you wish, so long as either the film or your review clearly relates to the theme.
You don't have to say you voted unless you really want to - but you are expected to visit all the links posted.
Yours truly Da Management
ON THIS DAY in 1796 Napolon Bonaparte married his first wife, Josphine de Beauharnais. He's been the hero of many films, both celebrated and condemned. Often ruthless and certainly ambitious, he also lifted restrictions enclosing Jews in ghettos - much to the displeasure of the Russian Orthodox Church which called him the AntiChrist.
So tuck your hand inside your jacket and roll out all your tricolor reviews about the short and determined Corsican who made it all the way up to Emperor.
