Four Your Consideration - Treasure Hunt
Sen Sez: Time to show your hand

--> Put any five reviews you like in your F.Y.C. list.
--> Do not use reviews from the previous round - you must change them every round.
--> Post here to declare that you've done it. Sooner is better than later.
--> Provide a spoiler warning in your post when appropriate.
--> You must read the F.Y.C.s of all participants.
--> The next round starts on Monday or Thursday at noon. FWFR time, whichever comes next.

From mine own hand -
Revisiting some oldies

Here's the skinny:
> The Federation doesn't rate pesky Picard

> Gyllenhaal's icy trek matures him

> Kathleen Turner measures herself in Peggy Sue years

> Kevin Bacon puns are rife - but this one is quite appropriate!

> Neil Simon's play tells three stories neatly housed in one hotel

N.B.
Hannah Arendt coined the phrase "the banality of evil".
Petty gangsters become hired assassins in "The Act of Killing".
"Short Term 12" is a feature length of a previous short.

Gabrielle is rather artful about the repercussions of her affair.

Operation Paperclip has negative knock-on effects in post-war Berlin.

Rufus Sewell angles to be king.

A couple of students try to make a film with a semi-retired porn star, with predictably comic results.

In again for my weekend visit

As usual, can't post link, so see over to hit me

<--------

As befour (sic)a mix of styles of reviews

Way West ; Wagon train of settlers looking for farm land. One falls for a young Sally Fields and wants to marry her, not being put off when she admits she's apparently pregnant by some unknown male

SeaBees ; Descriptive of the plot, but initials are reversed alphabetical, D C B A

The Man Who... ; Descriptive, and of course alliterative

Robin Hood ; .....and his merry men, although being Disney they are of course cartoon animals

Simpsons ; Many TV cartoons have been adapted for the big screen, this review is a call back to the original Simpsons episode when Mrs Krabappel finds the people of Springfield have invented their own words, including 'embiggened'

Off to V + V and will revisit before the next round just to make sure I get everyone

I couldn't believe I'd vote for a Kevin Bacon name pun in 2014. And yet it happened!

Got any Fonda reviews you need to unload?

What a gent!
