Posted - 09/13/2006 : 19:09:13 Hi again
Ok - I still check the forum, but I ain't posting any new reviews (it's worse than giving up smoking though, I can tell you).
I'm here asking a favour, since I find this forum has a lot of friendly, helpful chaps and chapesses.
Here's the deal:
Ive just added a comments function to the student comics on my website:
http://www.grammarmancomic.com/sscom.html
Id love it so much if I could go into work this weekend and show my teens their comics with feedback added at the bottom (they worked really hard on them).
If you have the time, could you read one or two of them, and leave a little comment at the bottom? Feedback only needs to be a sentence or two.
Thanks for reading this and good luck with your FWFRing (must ... resist ... the urge ... to ..add new ... reviews)
Brian

I've 'approved' all the comments (that approval function is just there because you're always going to get some person who'll use swearwords or write something offensive).
Why the fuck would they do that?
How come YOU can get away with this, but I get steam-rollered!!! It's not f-ing fair I tell ya' ... penguin, eh ... smells fishy ... species-ist!

This project worked really well, as they had a chance to get creative with English, and show what they can come up with away from the restrictions of their grammar textbook.
Thanks, Bafta Babe - I really appreciate you taking time to help out.

Some great stuff, Grammarman! I've commented on a few and will try to do some more tomorrow. How old are they?
