[Big Roll Of Drums]

Hear Ye, Hear Ye:

In order to celebrate my reaching 3000 reviews and not becoming a bronze oracle your favourite reviewer has decided to launch a vote boat at midnight, making hourly trips to your linked pages of 100 reviews, in the hope he might find some worth voting for.

So, usual rules:

From 00.00 Tues, the first poster each hour, using fwfr-time, gets the visit. Nothing for coming second, or third or ... etc. Last sailing is 23.00 Tues.

LISTEN VERY CAREFULLY!
YOU MAY DOCK ONLY ONCE!

So, why not hop aboard, me hearties? Huh, har.

Incidentally, winners will be extended the privilege of reciprocating should they so wish. No pressure though, it's just that if you don't you're a git.

But thats OK.

00 hrs JOSH THE RAPID CAT
01 hrs TURRELL
02 hrs TFD (to the second!)
03 hrs DEMONIQUE
04 hrs GOOD OLD LEMMY (one second late though )
05 hrs AAHAA TRA-LA-LA
06 hrs CHOCKY
07 hrs ALI
08 hrs BAFFY (59 mins 50secs late! Women!)
09 hrs WILDHARTLIVIE (generous old Whippa!)
10 hrs THE SAL
11 hrs NO TAKERS
12 hrs YUKON
13 hrs YUKON (shamelessly exploiting a now closed loophole!)
14 hrs NO TAKERS
15 hrs NO TAKERS
16 hrs M0RKELEB
17 hrs NO TAKERS
18 hrs RANDALL

Everyone now hit. Thanks very much to you all for dropping by.

What do you sell?, wildhartlivie. I sell dog related goodies, all at fixed prices, so no sniper bids on my listings.

Mostly I sell autographed photos and movie memorabilia, and list consignment items for others. The latest is Longaberger baskets (yawn!!)

Those chocolates wouldn't have alcoholic centres by any chance, would they?

Just wondered...

I noticed some new votes this morning, but that couldn't be from the boat ride - the votes I got were on higher voted reviews and this link is to my zeros.

(Did you ignore my link? [insert suspicious smilie here])

Thing is, Chocky Wocky, that your link ISNT to your zeros, its to your top unvoteds.

(Didn't realise dyslexia extended to not being able to recognise the vote numbers next to your reviews! )

Really strange - when I click on my link, the ones that show up for me are the zero ones.

Nevermind. I appreciate all the votes on all the reviews. Thanks again, and I loved voting on some of yours as well.

What were you bidding on? I make my living buying & selling on ebay and I gotta say, sniper bidders are the bane of my existence!!

Not much, but I only ever bid in the last 2 to 5 secs of an auction of something that I'm interested in.
I understand that sniper bids are great for the buyer and sellers don't like them much, however, regardless of when a bid is made, the highest bid wins. The only downside of a sniper bid for the sniper is if you don't bid enough to win...you miss out.

Benj must have a cunning and mysterious plan that needed him to secretly edit it...

Um, I would have thought it was more important to link with the title on which you were punning. I also think a year in words has more impact precisely because years in figures are all over the site. Oh well, you already have my vote, so there's not a lot I can do about it.

Thanks for the votes, though.
