Posted - 05/07/2007 : 19:54:32 This may be a non-starter, but I think it might be fun. Dunno how many others have a small selection of reviews that were written to a theme rather than a single film ... I've got a couple. Trouble is - there's no way [that I know of] to isolate them all onto one page for voting ... ergo the prep for this is a bit time-consuming.
So you have to declare the reviews here in this thread with links to your isolated review for that film.
Explanation is far more complicated than reality so here's what I mean. I based a bunch of FWFRs on the phrase "I do" ... like so:
Corpse Bride
Runaway Bride
I Was A Male War Bride
Seven Brides For Seven Brothers
Anyone else?

Shouldnt this be challenge #3?
I think BB saw this as a different challenge from the one started by Salopian where there is a common theme.
Here we are finding sets of reviews with differing common feautures unique to our own warped minds or creative brilliance (or some combination thereof).
Unfortunately I have only one Pig Latin review and my only review in Esperanto was declined long ago.
Yup! Surely didn't mean to offend anyone. Prob'ly shouldn't have used the word 'challenge' ... it's always intrigued me that if one does want to write reviews with a theme over a range of different films, there's really no way for anyone else to appreciate them all together. I should have called it ... The FWFR Theme Display Team.
In fact ... I'm gonna change that puppy right now!

Yeah, I guess it sort of turned out that way...I like it, but it was a little too soon. I'm not done with #2 yet.
Also, I had a great idea for the next challenge. I call dibs on it!
OK by me. There was a little over a month between F.W.F.R.ers' challenge no. 1 and No. 2 and No.1 is still getting entries. |

Harry Potter 1
Harry Potter 2
Harry Potter 3
Harry Potter 4
Harry Potter 5
Need a hint? Start here. |

Posted - 05/08/2007 : 14:19:32 As a matter of fact, I do. Nothing special, but they were all written together:
Austin Powers: International Man Of Mystery
Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me
Austin Powers In Goldmember
I suppose I should have submitted these for the alliteration challenge, too. |

Spoiler warning
Just a small point but did he not get caught at the end and finish up in the cooler....again
You could rephrase "McQueen temporarily escapes Germans."

Thanks Josh.
There are no cooler cats at fwfr than you.
