That's not true about thirds - I have resubmitted before when the second rejection has been 'Don't understand' as I don't view that as an intrinsic no, and they have been reprocessed just the same. I'll also happily resubmit a review as often as it takes if it is virtually identical to a newer approved review. And remember that, bizarrely, one is not allowed to see how many times a review has been through when deciding whether to resubmit it.
But anyway, no, these are on their second pass. |
