I have had quite a few approved over the last few days, after a quiet period, but not an avalanche like so many of you. However, I am not requesting said avalanche as I have always had a steady flow of approvals over the last few months - such that it has been ages since I have not had five new reviews for the F.Y.C.T.H. - and it troubles me when I have too many new reviews waiting to go through.  |

WOW! I got 52 reviews accepted and only about 10 rejected. Have to wait until tomorrow to resubmit those, but I'm not resubmitting all of them - only about 4. Now I have lots of FYC and MIHAI fodder. Thank you!

Yeah, my pending list has also been totally wiped out (with 199 exceptions  ).

Me too! I woke up this morning and my pending pile which was at 165 reviews a few days ago, has now been totally wiped out.

All these celebrations are making me giddy - and envious. 
I've got 35 in my pending list, many of which have been there for months. And only 13 reviews approved since 1 October 2007. 
There are a number of possible reasons:
(a) my reviews are boring;
(b) the films I watch are a tad obscure;
(c) my reviews are so clever that the average MERP struggles to understand them;
(d) I've upset more people than I thought.
As you can imagine, I favour one or two of these possibilities over others, and I positively don't want your opinion as to why I am in this predicament. I'm sure the MERPs know a way of bringing my introspective musings to an end.
Edit: They did, they did. They found the solution! 25 new approvals yesterday. Cinderella will go to the ball, the Prince will be charming. Jack will play with his beanstalk. All is well in the world of panto! |
