Posted - 08/14/2008 : 16:32:17 I'm sure I've asked this before, but I've forgotten the answer ...
I've just noticed a spelling mistake in a newly-accepted review. If I edit/correct the mistake, will me review be put back in to the 'pending' list?

Hahaha well that band would be kinda screwed if they got rid of the exclamation marks in their name!
I know what you mean actually, most people probably still know them as Panic! At The Disco... Thanks a lot, now you've made me unsure of whether to have the '!' in my reviews or not!

Posted - 08/18/2008 : 14:10:43 Hey Benj, I've also just noticed a couple of reviews with spelling errors. I submitted three reviews that are a pun of 'Panic At The Disco' (I went on a bit of a disco film reviewing spree haha) and in all three, I put a '!' at the end (instead of after 'Panic').
But I've just found out they've changed their name anyway to having no '!'. I've reported the two that have already been approved, and the third is still pending, so if you could change all of them to just having a full stop at the end I'd really appreciate it.
Sorry to make you read all that, I just didn't want to waste three submissions changing them! |

Posted - 08/14/2008 : 17:43:20 Thanks for the options, Salopian.
I choose option number 3
The film is Toy Story 3, and I've reviewed it as ...
'Unkirch's Woody/Allen movie.'
I've mispelled the director's name - should be Unkrich. If some kind MERP or Benj is going to fix it for me, could you also change the forward slash to a comma?
Ta!

Posted - 08/14/2008 : 16:59:44 Yes, so you can either
(i) do that and wait a long time for it to be re-approved; (ii) do that and name the film here in the hope that a kind MERP/Benj will act on it; (iii) report it instead of editing it and wait a long time for it to be changed; or (iv) list it in this thread that was used before reporting reviews was invented. |
