Sean Says: A rolling stone still draws the crowds! Put any five reviews you like in your F.Y.C. list. Do not use reviews from the previous round - you must change them every round. Post here to declare that you've done it. Sooner is better than later. Provide a spoiler warning in your post when appropriate. You must read the F.Y.C.s of all participants. The next round starts on Monday or Thursday at 6:00 a.m. FWFR time, whichever comes next.

Sorry, Salopian. I had already voted on both of yours, so your wordplay must have been lodged somewhere in my mind when I wrote my review. I didn't intentionally copy yours, though.
Thanks for the inspiration--I hope you don't mind.
That's O.K. Yours is very good. I just wanted to make sure that anyone who liked it had also seen mine -- obviously some of those did not like mine.
Maybe I should combine mine as "U.S.: doll, Lars deflated". |

Hhmmm, even if someone else did provide him with the doll Lars part.

That just goes to prove that you are an inspiration, Sal!
(Got everyone. Ready for a new round!)

Posted - 09/15/2008 : 02:40:55 I guess that's because most people don't know it's based on King Lear....
...or because a bunch of people haven't voted this round...? |

Whilst we're wallowing in self-pity I don't think my Thousand Acre review has been taken to my fellow fwfrs bosoms.
OK, self-pity over.

And talk about being undervoted - does no one else get BiggerBoat's ace Jesus joke? And I thought this readship loved smutty reviews?
Some great stuff this round though: Yukon's "Bureau Chief" and Chazbo's "Wistful-of-doll Lars" are brilliant. |
