Four Your Consideration - Treasure Hunt

Sean Says:
Hello suckers! [and other octopus parts]

- Put any five reviews you like in your F.Y.C. list.
- Do not use reviews from the previous round - you must change them every round.
- Post here to declare that you've done it. Sooner is better than later.
- Provide a spoiler warning in your post when appropriate.
- You must read the F.Y.C.s of all participants.
- The next round starts on Monday or Thursday at 6:00 a.m. FWFR time, whichever comes next.
- The initiator of the next round will name the thread "FYCTH - #***" or "Sean's FYCTH - #***", "***" is one integer greater than the number of the current round. The initiator of the next round will copy this post verbatim and it will appear as the opening post of the next round, the only things that may be changed are fonts/colours and smileys (which may be removed altogether if desired) and the inviso comment after "Sean Says:".

When he started to go in circles I gave up and went for home, later on I went to his base and confronted him, getting his name and details, when he saw me all he could say was "yes it was me".

This is like a scene out of some stalker movie. Congrats -- at least your scared the crap out of him.

It wasn't plagiarism. It was a... frommage homage.

Not that I was cheesed off or nothing...

RockGolf Posted - 07/16/2009 : 14:11:53
Oh crap! I intentionally didn't look at the reviews for The Great Cheese Robbery when I wrote those because I wanted to avoid copying such a similar themed title. then I forgot to go back and check.

I'll take them down at once.

Cheesy robbery indeed.

That must have been an awkward conversation.

"Yes?"
"Were you driving that BT van yesterday?"
"Yes...?"
"Well, you nearly killed me and my family."
Option A: "Oh. Oh. Well, sorry, mate."
Option B: "Eh? I have no idea what you're talking about!"
Option C: "Yer a damned liar!"

Which, if any of these routes, did it take?
And how did he put your life at risk? Were you walking and he drove too close? Did he go through a red light? Almost run into the back of you?

And what has been the response of BT so far?

He wanted to be infront of me he was at the side of me. He aimed his van at me and forced me into slamming on the brakes and hitting the central reservation.
I could not accelerate as I had a car in front. If I had not gone on the reservation he would have hit me at about 60mph.

I have had little joy from BT they don't seem to care yet,but they will....

WOW -- you should be a Toronto Sun headline writer -- that's much better than what they came up with.

He is actually known as Chri, though, so you may as well capitalise it -- it would be a bonus for the pun too.

And on a side note, I had one of my columns printed in the Toronto Sun today (July 14). I work at a smaller newspaper in the Sun Media chain and once in a while one of my columns gets "called up" to the big paper. It's always special for me when this happens because the Toronto Sun is one of the biggest newspapers in Canada and Toronto is my hometown, so my mom and other family members get to read my writing. For those of you lucky to be living in the aera. you can see it on page 16 and see my picture looking back at you. My story is called "Going insane, like Tyson"
For you other non Toronto Maple Leaf fans, you can check out this link:

Well, thank you!
