Today I reached four figures. It has felt like a salmon swimming up rapids sometimes, but much less so lately.
I want to repeat the gratitude I expressed to benj when I answered his inclusion/acknowledgment request weeks and weeks ago. I love this site; I think many of its members are brilliantly witty and Fun People; the challenge is great succinctness training that has helped me become a better poet (and I have read some of my reviews at poetry readings; "We hardly knew Yi" for The Last Emperor got a huge laugh from Individual World Poetry Slam champion Ed Mabrey himself!)--and how great is getting a personal message from the Holy Land? (I've said before that Chocolate Lady wins Miss ConVVality in my book.) So Thanks, everyone! |

Here's one. I couldn't find a film with him in though. Bagsy that review if one crops up!
I didn't expect either of these to get through, but they somehow made it across the challenging waters.
Happy to report that I've given both of them their first votes! |

Why, thank you!
And Mazal Tov on the achievement.
Now... I just stop by your pages and give you some well deserved congratulatory votes!
I got quite a boost from those, thanks! Proves the truth that Chocolate Ladies are not only Sweet, but Good for body and soul!
About a day ago I also got a batch of votes from a mysterious benefactor. Such fun when it takes several clicks to scroll through those recently Voted Reviews . . .
Anyway-thanks again, Miss ConVVality, and thanks also Beanmimo, [matt], and demonic for your welcome words! |
