I voted for your review. I was gonna go in the 'surgeon makes ends meet' direction, but your review still works just fine.

Oh I hadn't seen Mr Savoir Faire's review. Nor have I actually seen that film yet so I don't know whether his is referring to a similar thing...?! (And obviously I don't want to know if it's a spoiler). Thanks for the vote though.

Funny you should say that. [matt]s review certainly got my vote. So too, recently, did the review of Requiem for a Dream you highlighted, which carries the literal & idiomatic meanings of the phrase. Ive been struggling to come up with a new angle for a review for a while for that movie because there are several terrific efforts, including this excellent undervoted one from MM0rkeleb.

N.B. I've made a minor adjustment above to make it broader.

(1) Order the film's reviews (non-anti-)chronologically, as this is the order by which the isolated review is by far the least likely to change. (If your default is already chronological, you need to click Chronological Order twice, as your default direction will not feed into the U.R.L.)
(2) Note the I.D. number of the reviewer if it is not your own review.
(3) Choose My reviews only from the drop-down box.
(4) Change your I.D. number in the U.R.L. to that of the reviewer if applicable.
(5) Change Start=1 to the correct number.
(6) Change Rows=100 to Rows=1.

Like so.
