It seems I have a new upstairs neighbour.

Congrat's calmer, I know it's not an easy feat.
You're now the second person to ever overtake me, both in the last 3yrs and 8mths. Funny, that's how old my son is. 
I'll be dropping down to silver very soon the direction i'm heading.
