Much kudos, then, and congratulations to the Alamo Drafthouse in Texas, in the "Magnited States of America" for operating a zero-tolerance policy. Watch and listen to this, as one slightly irate ex-client leaves a voicemail complaining about the way she was treated.
If you scroll through the comments and ignore the dross, you'll find this: The Alamo Drafthouse isn't shy about their policies. In fact, this is a preroll ad now. If someone in the theater is bothering you, you place a white card in front of you. Waitstaff comes over. They'll warn the offending patron twice and then boot them.
Why can't all cinemas be like this?
