Duplicity
Like some sugary confection, it's all style no substance. Pleasant at the time - especially for the acting of Roberts and Owen, who strangely lack the vital screen chemistry but manage to establish their own flawed characters very well. There should have been far more of the emotional at stake so that the ending could deliver a nice warm glowy feeling after all that action and deception. Instead, like that sugary confection, all it delivers is saccharine air.

Yeah, it's a thriller of a type that has been too common lately, making the twists and turns not very twisty or thrilling. Roberts seems like she'd rather be at home with the twins. Owen is as likeable as ever, though, so it's watchable enough.
