World's Greatest Dad

With Robin Williams back to his best, I found myself hooked throughout. It also raises some interesting points regarding how parents would rather their children died, or were seen to have died. A college friend of mine was recently found dead. At first it was thought to be suicide and then not. I was initially glad for his parents with the latter possibility, but if someone doesn't want to die but does, isn't that worse than if they want to and do? So perhaps the film has it right.

5/5

A movie called this starring him? Youd have every reason to expect to be drowning in treacle, so I hope people of a normal sensibility arent deterred. Williams gives one of those subdued, buttoned-up performances he manages about once a decade, & Daryl Sabara is brilliantly obnoxious as his son. Very funny & a high 4/5 from me.
