Posted - 12/09/2012 : 13:53:32 The movie 'Shit Wizards Say' was recently added to the FWFR database. This movie can be seen in full on YouTube. I have submitted a few reviews, but one review was denied. I have watched the movie a few times. One thing confuses me. A line that Yoda has in the Star Wars franchise was used. Is Yoda considered a wizard? Is that what it means to be a Jedi? I was confused so I wrote a confusing review that was denied.
  "Yoda considered a Wizard?"
I may have to re-word it. But just to clear my confusion.....Is Yoda a Wizard? |

Wizard (fantasy), a person who has studied and practices magic
I would put any fictional character who has studied the arts of a Jedi into that category. |

Presumably, Obi Wan and other Jedi all trained with Yoda, and certainly Luke did as well. Obi Wan is casually/insultingly referred to by Uncle Owen: "that wizard is just a crazy old man". I figure if Uncle Owen can call Obi Wan that, the rest of us can assume his teacher is one as well... though I suppose it's worth wondering if Uncle Owen is really saying:
That "Wizard" is just a crazy old man.
