Is there any way of transferring text characteristics like these to reviews on the site?
Thanks.

Sorry to hear that. When looking in that same character set, I found an Arabic symbol that looked like a simple version of a face, two dots for eyes, one for a nose and an upturned curve for a smile. I thought that this would be a perfect review for "Looking for Comedy In The Muslim World"

Speaking of that film...

Sorry to hear that. When looking in that same character set, I found an Arabic symbol that looked like a simple version of a face, two dots for eyes, one for a nose and an upturned curve for a smile. I thought that this would be a perfect review for "Looking for Comedy In The Muslim World" and submitted it as a single-character review.

Alas, it doesn't look as smilie-like in the fwfr font, so I doubt it will be accepted in any case.

I tried to paste it in here. It looks fine in preview but when posted changes to "#1660"

If possible, I'd rather prefer it if we kept away from the less common characters for reasons of making the MERPs lives easier and the data more easily ported to other mediums.

Then they'll have something in common with most of my reviews.

Ah yes, I see what you mean. So: I can do squares & cubes but not molecules...
Thanks for the info.

Alas, no, except for the actual superscript characters in some font. For example xy where the 2 & 3 are actual superscripted versions of those characters. (I copied these as Alt+0178 & Alt+0179 from Arial unicode on the Character Map.) Can't set alignment, bolding, italics, underscore or colors on reviews either.
