Put any five reviews you like in your F.Y.C. list.
Do not use reviews from the previous round - you must change them every round.
Post here to declare that you've done it. Sooner is better than later.
Provide a spoiler warning in your post when appropriate.
You must read the F.Y.C.s of all participants.
The next round starts on Monday or Thursday at 6:00 a.m. FWFR time, whichever comes next.

Five randoms for Christmas

N.B.
In "Spring in a Small Town" unhappy wife Wei Wei has an affair with her husband's visiting best friend.
In "Water" the widow Kalyani isn't allowed to be with her high caste boyfriend so she drowns herself.

bluff
  • an attempt to deceive someone
  • a steep cliff, bank, or promontory

Where Eagles Dare: Allied agents stage a daring raid on a castle where the Nazis are holding an American General prisoner... but that's not all that's really going on.

four: score

Lemmy deck the halls for #777.

Mixed Nuts is a flop by Nora Ephrom based on a French film called "Le pre Nol est une ordure" which can be politely translated "Father Christmas Is a Stinker".

Wishing you all well over the holiday season.

Present at Xmas.

In Come Early Morning, self-destructive Lucy Luce, as everyone calls her starts to get her act together when she hooks up with the very forbearing Cal.

Wishing everyone a cool Yule.

Happy Hanukkah, CL.

(To get my Silverado review you'd have to recall a notoriously crap novelty pop song from the 80s.)
