TA:MOU = Themed Anniversary: Moving On Up
DA EVEN NEWER ROOLZ
Each Tuesday a theme will be decided based on the Anniversary of some significant event. All you have to do is trawl your reviews for any that relate to that event and post them here with a link.
You can post as many as you wish, so long as either the film or your review clearly relates to the theme. You can only post during the week of the current TA:MOU.
You don't have to say you voted unless you really want to - but you are expected to visit all the links posted. As a courtesy to the majority of fwfrs, you may only post a link that uses the http://www.fwfr.com domain name.
Each week's TA:MOU will be removed when a new one takes its place. This is to deter re-visiting of expired threads.

PS to lemmy re NYC - I tried your links last night and voted on many, but some took me to pages with no voting star. I will keep re-visiting in case it's a glitch in my system, or perhaps benj might sort it out.

lemmy - here's the prob ... I CAN get to your re-linked reviews BUT for some ... example, the last one on your list ... there's no faded-out star to click.
At first I thought that was because I'd already voted for it - but no, since the vote count is zero.
This is a glitch - would you like to ask benj?

Well, I THINK I've voted on all your Apples. Seems if the url of your links doesn't have www. or http://www. the page reverts to one that says I'm not signed in, or makes me add the www. I KNOW your links on the TA:MOU page contain the www. but if it doesn't show up when I click the link -- it's a major hassle.
Dunno if that's something we might want to check with benj. I can't see any earthly reason why some of your links should produce a url with www. and some just don't.

Thanks for your patience. Funny, all those links were generated the same way, but some have 'www' and some don't.
I have the same problem voting for some punters in FYCTH. At least there you can click on name below avatar. |
