I recall playing this game on our Commodore 64 in the '80s. It was damned hard. If you were even slightly out of step, you died.

Here's a short youtube clip of someone making it look easy enough, what it doesn't tell you is how many hundreds, or thousands, of attempts were needed to get to this level of proficiency.
