Thanks for asking. Country boy Arthur Stone has trouble with the landlord (and the janitor) when he gets a job at an apartment house. The film was released in 1924. My review suggests the new TV show 24: Live Another Day (a continuation of the popular 24).
NB: Spoilers: In "A Place in the Sun" Montgomery Clift is tried and executed for the murder of his girlfriend. In "Giant" poor farmhand Jett finds that a patch of land he has inherited sits on an oil reservoir. In "The Robe" Marcellus inherits the titular garment worn by Christ at the crucifixion. John Cassavetes' "Shadows" ends with the famous title card "The film you have just seen was an improvisation."
