Try these on for size.
Top tips: > This version of Sherlock Holmes canine chase, sees the dick played by Basil Rathbone.
> The Bambino is this case refers to baseball legend Babe Ruth and many split loyalties between the Red Sox and NY Yankees.
> Rapper turned actor 50 Cent plays a character called The Pharmacy. Such energy - he's just electric!
> Steve McQueen goes up and up a tower that's turned into an inferno. Guess what it's called?
> In Wild, based on a true tale, Reese Witherspoon does an awful lotta walking, totin her stuff, as Cheryl Strayed.

Damn dirty apes!
Play-Mate of the Apes is an erotic parody.
In the new Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, they declare war.

Music and madness
NB: In the sex-filled "The Kreutzer Sonata" Danny Huston's husband is driven mad over his wife's imagined affair with a fellow musician. Lisa obsesses from a young age over the famous concert pianist Stefan in "Letter from an Unknown Woman". A multi-racial Bed-Stuy neighbourhood explodes into violence following an incident with a stereo at the local pizza parlour in "Do The Right Thing". In the musical "On the Town" a sailor on 24 hour leave falls in love with a dancer played by Vera-Ellen. "Love Never Dies" is the sequel to the musical "The Phantom of the Opera".

I finally have enough shiny new ones to justify entry. So here they are.
So long as you don't insist on good taste in your film-viewing, you may have seen these two gems (and West Side Story). I found one much more entertaining than the other. So forget artistic merit; enjoy the jokes.
