Apparently, BaftaBabe has just surpassed 200 reviews, making it harder for me to achieve my current goal of reaching the top 100 before she overtakes me. Good show, especially considering she was celebrating Movie Guru status 8 days ago.

Click on the above link to send some congratulatory votes her way. I especially recommend her series of reviews of Hitchcock films - a very clever idea, in my opinion.

Congrat's BaftaBabe,
You better hurry up and get to 500 so you can get rid of that stinking cigar.

Visited and voted for the second time today.

Nice work, BBabe, and pretty quick work too! I found plenty of goodies with 0 votes that I elevated a tad... and like Mork I liked the Hitch angle. If I every want to find out where his cameo came in a movie, I'll check your reviews.

Ah, MOrk and pals, what a lovely welcome just out of my sick-bed! I'm so glad you like the Hitch thing. I've done them all, actually, but just gotta wait till you know who drops everything else in the known universe to fling 'em up on FWFR!

Well, this welcoming committee is ALMOST worth getting ill

I'm on a voting spree, so watch it everyone!!!!

Congrats, BB. And nice new Accolade - very impressive!

Not sure if the 2002 film fits your criterion though...?

Beautiful, Babe!

But... um... your "A Matter Of Life And Death" review is FIVE words! Better fix it, my dear.

(I guess the MERPs were blinded by her beautiful reviews and missed that one.)

Many thanks, O eagle-eyed chokkie one! I've resubmitted, digits crossed they'll forgive me - and themselves

Your reward - you should now have no 0 votes

And, to return the proofing - your Yankee Doodle review "Tone=deaf Cagney portrays singer." ... should that be a hyphen as opposed to an equal sign? Just asking.

Anyway ... Big Thanx to one cool lady

Actually, that's how I submitted it, but the MERPs changed it, for some strange reason. I'll try to get them to change it. Thanks.

And thanks for the votes. I tried to get rid of your 0 votes but life got in the way. Later, I hope I'll have more time.

Congrats Bafta. I hit you with votes.

I'm feeling very generous thanks to everyone who has given me and Chocolate Lady votes to celebrate the 500 review club. So I hit MOrkeleb with votes to celebrate his arrival into the top 100 reviewers club, which should be coming soon.

234 in less than a month. That's a rate few can match. I reckon BaftaBabe will overtake me before the end of August unless I can persuade the MERPs to exercise restraint. (Travellers' cheques still acceptable?)

Well done, BB. I'm now off to google Rock Follies to try to uncover your secret identity. Mwah hah hah!
