Absolutely. "The Killing Joke" and "The Dark Knight Returns" were the first two Graphic Novels I ever read back in 1988, and they really don't get much better than that before or since in terms of Batman books. I had high hopes for "Batman Begins" to be a little more "Year One" and a little less, well, rubber suit and supervillains, but it was still a blessing to have the franchise back in safe hands.
And yes! I'm very active at the moment. Much to the annoyance of my girlfriend it must be said...
Noticed something odd and cool tonight writing a few new reviews. I'm currently ranked at #166 with 166 reviews approved. Something like that can't happen very often. I must be at the exact centre of things.  |

Sorry to burst your bubble, but it probably happens most every time a newbie comes climbing up the slope. A couple weeks ago, if memory serves, I was #162 with 162 reviews.
Still, it's a minor milestone to reach that point when your rank is no longer larger than your number of reviews. Congrats! |

Not that strange, but if on the same day you were run over by the #166 bus, that would be spooky.  |
