How come you allow the BBC-TV version of Good-bye Mr Chips? It and Clunes are wonderful, I agree, but I thought we only do cinema? Am I --- [how I hate to say it] wrong?!

Standard non-committal answer: if the imdb says it's a film, it's a film. If it's a TV series, mini-series, video game or anything the imdb lists in double quotes, it's not a film.

That just means it's a movie made for TV. Still a movie.

And we don't mean crying because of the absolutely horrid choice of Petula Clarke as Mrs. Chipping in the remake.

How about bringing out the "Goodbye Mr CHIPS" videogame starring Erik Estrada and Larry Wilcox?

I LOVE it! An RPG where you have to make it to your retirement ceremony by pushing your walker through freeway traffic, earthquake damage, a freak global-warming July hailstorm, and a rampaging hoard of rabid aardvaarks escaped from the local zoo.
