I was just wondering if any of you have ever submitted a review, knowing full well that it will be rejected, but just because you thought it was funny and wanted to give the MERPs a chuckle? I have. Several times, actually. One I recall I even put in the details "go ahead and reject this review. I just couldn't resist".
My latest one: I saw a movie up on the front page called "Awesome; I Fuckin' Shot That!". Well, I didn't check it out on IMDb but I just submitted the first thing that the title suggested to me - which was: "NOT Dick Cheney biopic.".
So, any of you want to share any of your "reviews" that either you wanted to submit but didn't (because you knew they were unacceptable), or actually did submit, even though you knew it had no chance of being accepted?

Yes - quite often. Many times I've submitted a review that I'm expecting to get declined, but I submit it all the same because it amuses me.
One such film is in my pending folder right now...
'Schwammeries.' (can anyone guess the film it's for???)
Another was 'Two hour MTV advert.' for 'Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle'. I knew for sure that it would get binned .... and it did.

... mind you, I was certain that 'Hallucisteaktions' (for Madagascar) was going straight to the scrapheap, but ot got through and has picked up two votes too. I was delighted about that one.

'Schwammeries' got accepted (for 'Breast Men' starring David Schwimmer)
It took two attempts mind... guess I got the MERPS in a lighter mood second time round.
