Four newbies and an older one that never appeared in the FYC.
Some explanations:
The Rocket: About Montreal Canadiens hockey star Maurice (Rocket) Richard. When the Rocket was suspended during the playoffs for hitting a referee, fans in Montreal rioted in the streets.
Maradona: My review refers to a certain goal scored against England in the World Cup....

Some essential explanations:
Cronos: The story of an antique dealer called Jesus who becomes a vampire.
Devil's Backbone: A ghost story set in an orphanage. (Awesome film!)
Mimic: Man-eating, man-sized cockroaches physically imitate mankind to evade detection.
Hellboy: The character of Kroenen is a Nazi assassin, who runs on clockwork. |
