An observation perhaps suited to a "Turd spotting" forum? :-)

Hi all, and thanks for the kind words; I seem to have hacked up a memorable review. Now if I could just do that a few hundred more times like you all have...

Noted and deleted. I also notice it was approved at 3.01am, so there's my excuse

Love it - very offbeat

cjd has a much-underappreciated review for SoaP, as it is now called: "Snakes rattle in hold".

From Pope George Ringo

Armand Assante portrays Mike Hammer.

Not one of my favorite people, Armand Hammer was the founder of Occidental Petroleum and a lover of all things Russian during the cold war. There's a fascinating piece out there on the web somewhere about his relationship to the Al Gore family. Oh I found a lot of dribble about it, but this one here is a fascinating read.

One of my favourite movies - Cinema Paradiso.

** Potential spoiler herein. **

This review is not really funny at all, has no in-your-face cheesy pun and is not outstandingly witty or a traditional candidate for a 'top review' on this site...

But I absolutely love Rovark's 'Stolen kisses lovingly returned'. You have to have seen the film (either cut) to get it, but I think the review is delightful and has the kind of poetic beauty that reflects the movie. I think it deserves a lot more than the 3 votes it has.
