i usually don't offer explanations, but i think one of mine really needs one. 'Joven' is Spanish for 'young.'

Been on vacation, but I'm back.

Three newbies. Two previously never featured.

Explanations:
Cars Young hotshot headed to the big time in California takes the wrong detour, ends up in a small town, gets in trouble with the law, but makes new friends. Plot sounds familiar?

The Story Of Menustration I'm afraid this one will only make sense to followers of British TV entertainment in the 1960's.

Others are self-evident.

Rockgolf, I really really want to vote for the latter one, but I note per IMDB that it's animated and in color. I am not a 60s British TV follower beyond what made it onto TV in 70s Los Angeles (Benny Hill, some Python). Is there something else that qualifies it as "Black, white"?

To the country's eternal shame, there was an extremely popular variety show called: The Black and White Minstrel Show, which featured an innocuous singing dance troupe, the guys in top hat, tails, and blackface, and the women in skimpy Vegas-like gear. Thank goodness the BBC finally saw the error of their racist ways.

The FWFR is genius!!!

For the first time in quite a while, I can say:

these were all recently approved.

I'm particularly pleased to get the Sound of Music review through. I've been trying to get the green light for combinations of 'Singer' and 'sewing machine' since May. OK, so I'm a saddo, but you didn't need to laugh quite that loudly, and wasn't there just an ounce or two of pity beyond what's reasonable in polite company?

PS Note to self: voted to here.

Wasn't going to post this time, but changed my mind. Please excuse my tardiness. Perhaps these are worth a look?

Have voted to TitanPa.

I'm not playing this round (nothing really to contribute) but I'm trying to hit everyone with some votes anyway. Hoping for a little inspiration, I suppose
