Hi Benj

Sorry to bother you, but I've just had a review rejected as being more than 4 words. The review involves a hyphenated word, which is verified as hyphenated by dictionary.com/ When I submitted the review I anticipated this and provided the reference.

Is there some sort of policy about hyphens that I'm unaware of?

TIA for your help.
Cheers
Beth

Normally I use dictionary.com as the quick decider, but I occaisionally disagree 'coz it's American and it's grasp of English should sometimes be taken with a pinch of salt. What was/ were the word/s?

I just looked this up, BB. If you used it as a noun, then it's two words. If you used it as a transitive or as an intransitive verb then it is hyphenated and one word (more or less). Hope this helps.
