I saw this 1990's film a couple of times on TV and liked it, but cannot remember its name. It is a Cinderella story in reverse. The girl is treated very well by her dad but she doesn't realise the importance of what she has got. Her dead mother appears as fairy Godmother and places a curse on her. With this, she gets a step-mother (or girlfriend of her dad) who ill-treats her before the girl finally realises what she had and lost and the fairy Godmother removes the curse. The setting is modern, but I can't seem to recollect the name of the movie. Any pointers?
