Four new, one old.

Note: In "The Thin Red Line" Woody Harrelson accidentally blows up his own backside with a grenade.

"The Dark" features Sean Bean and a flock of evil sheep.

And can I draw your attention to the fact "Corleone" includes the word "one"? Thankee.

Christmas treats, part 3

You know by the third installment, sequels suck. This, alas, is no exception.

I'll Be Home for Christmas stars, among others, Peter Gallagher. (It also stars Friends' Courtney Cox, which is why I also have a review "Santa. Monica." for the same film.

Eve Plumb plays middle daughter Jan in A Very Brady Christmas, and a name as Christmassy as that should not be left alone.

V&V

Best review of the round, and one of the best ones I've seen here in several weeks, is from MOrkeleb:

Donnie Brasco (1997): The Depparted.

Genius!

Got everyone this round so far. I'm pleased to have reached the #3 slot of "today's top reviews" with one of mine! Thanks everyone and I'll visit again for last-minute scragglers tomorrow.
