...send my complaint to the merps?
a) after 10 days of getting 0 approved reviews
b) after 20 days of getting 0 approved reviews
c) after 30 days of getting 0 approved reviews
d) if I find a mouse in my approved reviews
I know I wouldn't definitely mind option d), i wouldn't anything against a rat-infested house, since I would then get some reviews approved.

I think - not so long ago - it was over a month before I'd had any approvals. It's horrid! It's frustrating! But try to have pity on the poor overworked MERPs who toil away in the dungeons of FWFR, never get to see daylight, once a day a bowl of crumbs is flung into their cell, the only water is from the condensation that drips from the ceiling. And what's their reward? Okay - but aside from the trips to Bermuda - only that they slave away to serve you. And me. And him and her and them.
I find your avatar adorably revolting. Get those rats out of your reviews!

Out of interest, are you reviewing obscure films or new release block busters? Do any of the contain vermin or have they become rat-infested during their long wait?

Thanks y'all for soothing my pain, now I'm feeling more pity towards the poor overworked MERPs and will keep on reviewing and enjoy the site and all. I guess 4WFR with every day becomes a bigger community so there's pretty much more work for the MERPs.
My reviews in the pile? Yep, pretty obscure, no peaks though until the premiere. 
So to know, how much reviews do you have in your piles, comrades?  |

31, which you'll note is just one tenth of the number in Whipper's pile.
Without checking, I would guess that on average about two a week are approved.
I'd offer soothing advice, but then you'd have to pay me.  |

Almost 100 at the moment, the highest it's ever been.
Approvals were running at 0-5 per day, then 13 were put through 2 days ago. My oldest pending review dates back to early December.

| I vote for the never option for the above mentioned reasons - keep submitting and they will be dealt with eventually - besides what is the harm in waiting a while - do Sean's FYC - vote for your peers and have a good time - before you know it the MERPs will hit one of their mad approval binges and you'll see a bunch approved - but if you put just a small list of obscure films in there, don't expect much action - try a mix and keep up the reviewing! |
