Is 'Live Nude Shakespeare' a documentary? I've seen a few reviews for this but can't find it on imdb. Are they really live, and nude, and what Shakespeare??!!

Um, not exactly!

Films are not allowed on here without being on the I.M.D.B. - just follow the link from the F.W.F.R. page.

This must hit home quite hard for the Iranian Jews with the pressure that they are under.

Actually, I don't know much about the situation of the Jews in Iran these days, and what little I do know, is highly confidential. I'm sure you can understand why that is so.

I only know what I've seen on television, but that was quite specific. They are not having a great time.

Ahh. I've never noticed that IMDB link before - so there you go. I guessed it had to be porn from the reviews, but I'm not convinced that everyone has seen it. I just couldn't work out why they would call a porno Live Nude Shakespeare if there wasn't at least some attempt to quote from the plays. There's not a single review that gives a hint of the film's setup - they are all puns of Shakespeare plays or quotes. Anyway, I've voted on turrell's review now that I'm sure there's a foreskin with a leading role

V&V.

Thanks again, Yukon - enjoyed your "Back to the Fuhrer" review.

Some underrated reviews of this round:

Whipper's "Trampvestite" and "Halt Cuisine" for Bunuel's great film.
Demonic's "Brother Burns at stake" for Proposition.
Mr. Kaplan's "Wellestaff" for Welles' film about Falstaff.
