I find the submit button doesnt work when reporting errors. Is it supposed to tell you that it was submitted??

Yes.

When it works it will take you to a 'successfully reported' page similar to the 'succesfully posted fourum post' page.

I have trouble with some buttons with Firefox.

So I use another browser for them.
