What's the point in all this public psychoanalysis following the simplest of questions? And what's the point in everyone letting everyone else know about grudges that they hold?

"Who here likes my reviews, and why???"

Well I thought it was crystal clear at any rate, and answered.

A few PKMN gems:

Pretty Woman: Prostitution as upward mobility
12 Angry Men: Jurors cross-examine each other
Shawshank Redemption: Pin-up's ass covers Robbins'

Although I don't object to a good pun, I generally prefer reviews with a double meaning or that provide an unusual take on a situation.

I'm with you, Josh. I found this thread to be far too specific (cf. P.K.M.N.'s two threads demanding that the MERPs process Marie Antoinette reviews) and severely titled.

For the record, I have never decided to treat his reviews differently (which is my policy with everyone, however annoying), and while not as prolific as in the past, I am still quite a generous voter.

I didn't think the question was crystal clear - and answered with a question.

Same here. I really didn't know whether P.K.M.N. wanted undiluted praise (as would fit the attitude he has displayed in the past) or general feedback (as would be reasonable).

I found the comment funny and I have little respect for this whole kinda thread from a person who regularly insults and upsets people looking for compliments and votes. If this is not what PKMN was wanting then sorry but that how it came accross to me.

I generally don't respond to PKMN as I can do without the abuse and threats so this was actually a response to Sal.

If you find it offensive the you should consider re-reading some of your own posts of recent, which I and a number of others have found to be rude and offensive but have done nothing about it.

As for the comment of wanting to bait PKMN you should consider your own attitude to Sal in the recent past, that was clearly a case of baiting / bullying!

I am not trying to be offensive just honest.

Me?? I'm a reformed character!

Firstly, rest assured, you could never offend me, but I will be pming you in the near future to explain to you why I disagree with your post, as I think its best done in private.

All I want to say here is that while your response may have been in the first instance to Sal, its on a public thread so naturally it was read by others, certainly including PKMN, and, because you are not a sociopath, you have a pretty good idea how he would feel about it.

That's why I don't feel that saying it was a reply to Sal makes the matter any better. PMs exist for private messaging.

Incidentally Shiv, although Sean's reply was rather "robust" I don't think it was intended to be anywhere approaching scathing. Believe me, I know Sean's scathing.

Why do you think everyone is trying to analyse you PKMN? What do you think that says about you? Why do you mention worms? Do worms have a special significance to you? Maybe from your childhood?

Yes, suddenly I hear a voice inside me say: "The worm is the spice! The spice is the worm!"
