Hi benj
Just wondering if you've got a built-in cut-off for the site if it's not being actively used for a certain period of time. I'm asking because sometimes, when I'm working on an accolade, and doing research on certain films, suddenly the site just freezes and automatically disconnects. Of course, that's really frustrating because all the accolade work is lost and I need to begin again 
This hasn't ever happened to me on any other site - but then I don't spend so much dedicated time anywhere else 
So - of course it could be my puter, but just thought I'd ask anyway.

Sounds like you have a cookie problem.
Do you login every time you surf to the site? If so, then yes, there is a timeout period. To fix that, you have either to click on the remember me square below your login or, if that doesn't work, enable your browser to store cookies (which will then allow the remember me function to work).
At least, that was the explanation provided yo on lore.
If that doesn't work, you need to buy a brand new, state of the art supercomputer with 300 GB RAM, a 400 terrabyte harddrive, and a Pentium VI CPU with a clockspeed of warp 9. It'll move so fast you won't have time to worry about or even notice what timed out. |

... well, sometimes I log in anew, but always check "remember me" and my puter is set to retain cookies for each session. The time-outs only seem to happen if I'm in the middle of creating a long-ish accolade and need to hand-check every film. Ah, well ... more puter mysteries, eh?

| It's a pain in the a**e manual workaround, but I have always struggled so badly with 'accolade creation performance' that I save long accolades after every ten films or so. |
