Every so often I notice a film for which all of my reviews are higher voted than all of the others.

Just out of interest, post films here for which this is the case for you (where you have at least two reviews, there is at least one other review and each of your reviews has at least one more vote than any by anyone else). Post the link for all of the film's reviews ordered by votes, so that we can also see what the other reviews are like. (This thread is most likely to lose us this status for films, but that is fine by me: reviews which deserve votes should get them.)

Sounds good, Sal, but I've got a lot of these so it will take me some time to sort them all out.

Oops - actually I just saw the 2 reviews thing. Hmmm....

OK so I'm a bit confused about the 2 reviews thing. Are you saying that the least voted of your reviews for any film need to have one more vote than any other? In other words, you'd have the top 2 or more votes for any film?

Or ... say you have the top vote on the page, but then you also have some reviews much further down --- so perhaps it means wherever your own reviews appear they must have at least one more vote than the following review by someone else.

If the former - I have FAR fewer than I meant to imply above

I think you're safe! Had already voted for both of yours, of course, but noticed some others.

Exactly. Sorry if this was unclear (although I only tightened up my wording to a tiny degree after Yukon's post).

In other words, this thread is much more likely to get other people votes than oneself. (This is already working: at least one of my films no longer qualifies - I'll strike through them when I notice this.)

(i) I never understood her to be in the group. (ii) Even if she was, the review is not "Band composed solely of brothers."

I don't have a multitude of multiple reviews, and not that many of them are the highest votes. Nevertheless, I offer:

What's Love Got To Do With It

D.O.A.

Chapter 27

National Treasure: The Book Of Secrets

The Diane Linkletter Story

The Rainmaker

Bone Daddy

Now Voyager

Stir of Echoes

They are supposed to be ordered by review votes and when done so several of these do not qualify.
