Is there a reason why three or so reviews of mine for Watchmen have been deleted? They don't even appear on my declined reviews.

Just a guess, Ali, but it could be they were reported for some reason. I think if that happens and one of the MERPs reconsiders and deletes, they don't have to notify you.
Can someone confirm that, please?

I don't know it that's true, but I don't understand the logic of not notifying the reviewer - maybe someone could explain the thinking here, assuming it's correct.

No-one but you and I have the power to do this and I haven't touched them so I don't know what to suggest here. Can you email me one of the missing reviews so I can check if something odd has happened like it being miraculously assigned against another film under another user (highly unlikely but it's all I can think of)

You know what? I am a fucking moron.
Contrary to my usual habit, I have written what many might describe as fairly spoiler-filled reviews for two films recently - for The Mist, and Watchmen. I recalled having written quite a few reviews for one of them. Ever the absent minded buffoon, I thought my myriad reviews were for Watchmen, when they were, instead, for The Mist (the reviews for which I had completely forgotten about). I only remembered this as I was watching last night's Champions League game.
There is but one lesson to learn from all of this: I am an idiot, and I am truly sorry for the bother.
