Congrats to both Chocky and Whippy - unfortunately I think I have been able to find a lot of the weight that you lost.` |

Oh, those aren't our pounds/kilos - we got rid of ours (hopefully forever). I'm sure the ones you've found were yours all along.
(No matter how thin I get, there will always be a fat woman inside me just aching to get out.)

Well done, Whipper! Of course, men find it far easier to lose weight than women -- something about an extra layer of subcutaneous fat that you chaps don't have.
That's my excuse!

Bravo! Keep up the great work.
As of my last weigh in, I lost another 500gr, so I've lost a total of 10.4kg so far. Since I'm actually below the goal weight my dietician set for me, and just at my own goal weight, now I'm mostly trying to maintain. However, I might want to edge my way down another 3kg by the summer, just to round my weight down to 60kg. I can't expect to get down to my pre-pregnancy weight of 55kg from 25 years ago, but 60kg is close enough, I think.
Mind you, people at work are staring to tell me not to lose any more weight. I'm never sure if that's a compliment to me, or if they're just upset that I'm starting to look better than they do. They did cheer when I had a sufgani'ya (that's a jam or cream filled doughnut, which is an Israeli traditional treat, eaten on Hanukkah) - mind you, it was a mini one so instead of being 800 calories, it was only 400! Ouch!
