One newbie. Four forgotten favorites.
Background: - Adolf Hitler: My Part in His Downfall is a spoof starring Spike Milligan, who first came to fame on The Goon Show, a brilliantly funny British radio series in the 50's that directly inspired Monty Python.
- The fellow named in the title Werner Herzog Eats His Shoe is the film director responsible for Rescue Dawn, Grizzly Man and more importantly for my review, Fitzgarraldo.
- My review of Breastfeeding Your Baby is a tribute to a well-loved but brief-lived 1994 TV series starring Claire Danes.
- Rip Torn starred in Dead Ahead: The Exxon Valdez Disaster, a fact-based MOTW about a supertanker causing an Alaskan oil spill, the biggest in history.
- No Cure For Cancer is a filmed stand-up performance by Dennis Leary, now doing excellent acting work in the TV series "Rescue Me".

There is a popular American television series called "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit."
Black Knight stars Martin Lawrence as an unlikely yankee in King Arthur's court. Much of the movie's humor derives from the fact that Lawrence is a black guy in medieval England. Could it be similar to the new Batman sequel ... ? |

Thanks. Believe it or not, that took one or two tries before it was finally accepted by the MERPS. I thought it was one of my better reviews. |
