Two selections so far this round include reviews of a type that seems to be bizarrely common. This is reviews for gay-themed films referring to aspects of sex that are not specific to gay sex at all (and this is on top the issue that most of the films are not even about sex). Very strange, especially in the light of other 'Too generic' or 'Inaccurate' declines.

The first one listed... skip it

Wait, I'll give ya a hint, I've seen it... It rhymes with Oilers. The title, that is...

Hot Blooded / Cold as Ice

I just noticed there seems to be a gay subtext to all five new reviews - a bisexual bank robber, an Inuit all-male orgy, Gay Cuba, a gay cannibal killer, and "friends of Dorothy"! I don't think I disproportionately write reviews of gay-themed films. I hope that the MERPs don't disproportionately approve those reviews.

Then again, I have both the #1 & #2 voted reviews for Brokeback Mountain....

I gotta go write some reviews of that Playmate of the Year series listed in the New Films section.

One last point: "Dam" is defined as the female parent of a domestic animal.
