Have a guess whether giving the actual title of spoilered films might be a good idea. |

Note: In "Clockwork," the word "droogs" means "buddies". Alex's droogs become cops, who then beat him to a pulp near the end of the film.
Your note is a bigger spoiler.

Tail from the crypt.
For once, this duplication is actually all right, since tail has a different meaning in each case. |

Coming to a theatre near you: Sarah Palin in Juneau
</political rant>
Background:
- Great Lengths is a comedy about a guy who decides to become Jewish to keep his girlfriend. Then he finds out that to do so he must get a very... personal trim. - IIRC, at some point in Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, America Ferrara's jeans end up in Greece. - My Winnipeg is director Guy Maddin's remembrance of his Manitoba childhood. To say Maddin is an eccentric director is an understatement, but he's certainly entertaining. See his 6-minute "Heart of the World" before YouTube realizes it's copyrighted and takes it down. It looks as if it were made in 1920 Russia, instead of 21st century Canada.

Dang, it is! Sorry, all. If it's not too late, I did fix it. Thanks, Ali.
. . . and hey, whoever tiptoed through my reviews, smattering votes about all willy-nilly . . . Thanks!!! |

Yes, but how does it work as a phone?
(Got everyone so far.)

I took it to mean that the two actors were playing against their own nationalities. Bale was born in Wales, Jackman's Australian.
Hope this helps.

I understand (and knew) what you have said. But Bale is not playing against his nationality, is he? Wales is part of Great Britain. Doesn't that make him British? Isn't Jackman's character British, as well, so where does "American" come in? |
