With Halloween coming up, I thought I'd start a fun thread of scariest movie lines.
What are the scariest movie lines ever?
Not scenes. It has to be a spoken line.
Here, I'll start us off.

It wasn't a line in the film Magic, but it was a little jingle tagline, and all these 30 years later, it still gives me chills. I get the same reaction as the baby in that creepy etrade.com ad when he's talking away about trading online, suddenly just vomits and says "Whooooaa."

i like this idea. "Psycho" is full of scary dialogue.
"She just goes a little mad sometimes. We all go a little mad sometimes."
it's not that scary when he says it, but it's super-creepy upon reflection, and repeat viewings. |

My favourite line from The Shining (the scariest movie ever I reckon...) has to be...
"My girls, sir, they didn't care for the Overlook at first. One of them actually stole a pack of matches, and tried to burn it down. But I... "corrected" them sir. And when my wife tried to prevent me from doing my duty, I... "corrected" her." |

That is pretty creepy. Especially with the flashing to the scene of the twins cut up in the hallway.
