Just out of interest, where does your most voted on review lie in your FWFR "career"?

Are you ( like me ) an Orson Welles with the Big Hit coming early?

Or maybe the zenith ( so far ) was reached mid career? (* )

Or perhaps you had a recent zinger? (* )

A bit of fun.

*Can someone come up with an appropriate name for mid and late 'cos i was tapped out after Orson welles?

Very early--December 1, 2003, my 30th day as a fwiffer.

Like Welles, I've been tilting at windmills ever since.

Two months into my fwfr career I stumbled on this unexpected beauty! It remains my only entry in the Top 500.

My top review was from the second day I was here, and like Bafta, it is my only review in the top 500.

My top was after about three weeks.

Actually, all of my top 10 vote getters were in the first six months, and that was back in 05/06...

(edit since I kant spell)

I don't know if anyone noticed this one, but it got approved four months after my first review. (Frankly, I think "Knotty Boy" was far better.)

Gosh, MguyX, I've never seen that one before.

Mine was one month in.

I have been worried that I've lost my mojo as time has gone on though. My yearly averages since I started are:

2005 - 30.51
2006 - 21.86
2007 - 15.36
2008 - 9.52

Of course there's always the possibility that you lot are less discerning than you used to be...

Joined FWFR April 9, 2004

Then I had a month off due to the trauma that Sean caused and started again in May 2004.

My top review dated July 11, 2004

I stumbled on this site way back in August, 2003, and submitted my top review about a week later.

Looking at all of yours, I regret that I have but one vote to give.

I started in May 2004 with about a dozen fwfrs, but since they weren't instantly approved I was at a loss Four Words and left, then returned in October. But it wasn't until January 2005 that I hit on this one (is it working?). I think this puts me in the "early on" category.

Those May 2004 entries, had I quit for good, would put me in the top 35 for avg votes, but I guess I'm comfy here at 56th.

Interesting looking at that January period. Within two days of my #1 review, I had a few other high vote earners including

- Bank robbed for 'change'
and
- Red Shue Diaries

as well as the slightly under-appreciated "Pacino wants casino" for Godfather II with 7 votes.

Submitted and approved 24.04.2004. How nice and even, two days before my 28th birthday. This was technically almost sixteen months into my F.W.F.R. career, but was in fact only the eighteenth day on which I ever had an approval.

My top review was accepted February 2, 2006 and I joined FWFR only a few months before, in December 2005. If I recall correctly, it was one of the first reviews I submitted - maybe a week or so into being here, so I guess it was a big hit that came early in my FWFR career.
