I was about to enter an explanation for a declined review, when I decided to go back a page, so I hit 'cancel' and it took me to this page,
which I've never seen before!!

Did anyone else know about this? And if so, how do you access it normally?

Hold your horses: this is a programming glitch. The page is a former iteration of the "My fwfr" page (what it looked like around 2003). It's just a bit of unintentionable nostalgia, accessible in the manner you described.

As Benj has previously explained, it is a magic portal to a previous age of Fwfrdom.
And MguyX is completely wrong - it has nothing to do with holding horses.

| I just discovered the little icons on my fwfr light up when I have something waiting, like a piece of mail or a vote! I've been clicking them all regardless! I love this place! |
