EDIT: sorry folks. My reference to 'voting' above should of course be 'scoring'. Moguls can score a really bad film lower than '1'. |

The threads that are 'promoting' a specific reviewer are, when I do it at least, because a fourumite has come accross some reviews from a particular reviewer and liked what they saw.
Alot of fourumites do 'promote' a new reviewer but not all
Taking an active role in the fourum will generally get your reviews more notice, I recommend you take part in 'Sean's FYCTH #...' also known as 'FYCTH #...'
that will bring your reviews to the attention of a good few people

Just because you've got a cigar DOES NOT MEAN you have to smoke it, young man. FWFR does NOT endorse such vile practices. Look at the trouble it got a certain President into.

Of course, you don't HAVE to do anything. But it might be fun for you to join in some of the games we have going on here in the Fourum. Certainly the twice-weekly For Your Consideration one is fun and will help you get votes as well as gives you a chance to see reviews by other people, which I find helps me write better reviews myself. The Four Word Tasteless Obituaries and Four Word Porn Title contests are great fun as well. Poke around and see what looks good to you!
Try them, you might like them.

Hi Clay.
I'd stay away from this lot if I were you. They all seem very friendly when you first get on the fourum, but so do Scientologists when they're out recruiting (if you get my drift).
Pretty soon it all descends into a mad, grubby scrum with your new 'friends' finding out your personal information, complementing you on good reviews, wishing you a happy birthday and generally acting like the neighbours in 'Rosemary's Baby'.
Before you know it you're in too deep and you find yourself going to social functions or attending movies with them, but you're so brainwashed by then that you don't even recognise the evil within yourself.
It's too late for me Clay but I think I can buy you a bit of time. RUN CLAY, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! TELL THE OTHERS! DON'T STOP FOR ICE CREAM!

Sorry Clay. We used to more uniformly note when each reviewer gained a new status, but for a variety of reasons it happens less reliably now. It's also hard to notice review totals outside the top 100. Anyway, congratulations. I remember how long it took me to get to that figure.  |

Certainly are some fun people in this group!
But I still am not enjoying that benefit of Mogulship that involves really bad movies. I have access to the three previous but not to that one. Is there a hoop I need to jump through?
