I think the woman is British but I can't be sure. She is either very sick or going through a really crummy period in her life and she says something like "and to make things worse, I've quit smoking".
I know this sounds like a bunch of nonsense, but I know it is a movie but I just can't think of it...and I hate it when that happens. Help!

Tori! How great to see you back here again!  I know I'm not the only one who's missed you.
Now - my memory ain't what it used to be, but doesn't Cruella DeVil say something about "I picked the wrong week to stop smoking." ?
I'll keep looking ...

Real life has just gotten super busy...extended family moved here and my work load has gone through the roof, plus the care of two children and a husband. :)
