Says "Puns!" then runs.

"El hora" is Spanish for "Hour" and Drcula is the goofy Spanish 1931 Dracula movie. Coincidently the 1958 Dracula is also called Horror of Dracula. This' a rather long hint isn't it?
Armand Assante is one of the main protagonists of 1492: Conquest Of Paradise.

Water, water everywhere...

NB:
The most enduring image of "La Dolce Vita" is Anita Ekberg walking through the Trevi Fountain in Rome.

My 5 most recent...

3 of these were submitted late last night & had been accepted when I logged on 5 minutes ago, so I echo [matt]'s thanks above.

(I.D.: Gangs of football hooligans associated with particular clubs call themselves 'firms'.)

Well, that completes the set, after that review was used for Ghost Dad, Invisible Dad and Invisible Mom.

It's also been used for various transsexual and transvestite parents -- as well as wrongly by A.C., who doesn't understand the difference between homosexuality and transsexualism.

I used it here but there is a difference in how we both approached the word, does that not differentiate it enough?

Yep, that's one of the transsexual uses that I had in mind, and I'd voted for it ages ago. However, I've seen today that noncentz has a use in that sense from long before.

AC certainly understands the differnce between the two.

Please, Salopian, this incident was what, 3 years ago? Drop the bitterness and the snide and somewhat ridiculous sniping.

And if you can't, then please try to bottle it up inside of you. I left the site almost a year ago because of the constant whining and bitching of a couple of fwfrers who seemed determined to hijack every fourum thread.

Every now and then I dip my toe back into the fwfr waters, but I don't stay long because the self-importance, the whining about declines, merps and other fwfers and their reviews still seems to be ever present.

I know i should know better ....

Oh I hadn't actually seen those! I've just deleted mine. I hate rip-offs.

(In fact, I recently made a guest contribution to a great advertising blog called COPYUNTS which names and shames creative teams who have ripped off someone else's work.)

Please now visit my FYC link again to vote for my deleted review's replacement. (One that has also been ripped off, for the same film)

Why does he use one to describe the other then? (He didn't need to be inaccurate in order to get the benefit of the pun -- I immediately found him a film about transsexual parents, which he refused to use. Besides, it turns out that noncentz had already used the pun -- accurately.)

While you whine about that in turn. Stay or go -- it's entirely up to you.

Good stuff! Do the culprits tend to hear about it, do you think? (The Ratatouille clip needs embedding smaller, though -- for me at least, there is no sound and the volume control is not within the window or whatever you call it.)

Cheers! I'm not sure how many of the culprits have been made aware of their appearance on the blog, but when I was finding out who the ad was by I found Cat and Jo's email addresses! So I might have to let them know...

Yeah the Ratatouille clip isn't ideal but it's the only one I could find that wasn't overly long.
